1. Is there a monthly fee?
From 01/09/2012 Esellution will be free for the first 3,000 customers for a minimum of 12 months, limited spaces so sign up today!
2. Why choose us?

3. Can I use my own domain name with my shop?
With eSellution you will receive a free subdomain; if you currently have your own domain, you are able to transfer the domain for use on your eSellution package. Upon registering you will have the option to put in your domain. The nameservers will then need to be changed to: ns1.esellution.net and ns2.esellution.net. It can take up to 48 hours for the transfer.
4. How do I operate my eSellution?
We host eSellution therefore no installation is required. All you actually need is a web browser such as Internet Explorer, Firefox or Safari and you're ready to go.
5. Do I receive extra support?
With eSellution you receive full online support plus a technical support team happy to deal with any query you may have. You can contact the support team on (01642) 924 683. Lines are open five days a week between the hours of 09:30 - 17:30.
6. Do I have to pay for an update?
With eSellution, you need not worry about updating your software as it is done for you automatically through a centralised system.
7. How do I import my products?
You can add products via your eSellution CMS or we can import your products for you, ensuring everything is done to the highest standard; this is done using a CSV or XML file.
8. Is there a product page limit?
With eSellution you also get unlimited product pages so expansion is always within reach.
9. Do I need to manage other channels other than your system?
All your channels are managed under the Control Management System (CMS), therefore you will not need to manage any other channels other than the system set up for you.
10. Why pay eBay and us?
eBay charges for every additional image that you import per product; however, with eSellution you can upload as many images as you like with no extra cost incurred. We provide you with a fantastic choice of eBay templates giving your shop a professional unique look. In addition, when a customer orders a product through eBay, they receive an automated email confirmation containing a link to your website allowing you to offer customers a better value product without incurring any of the additional charges.
11. What if I already have a Facebook page?
You may already have a Facebook page to network with your friends and family; your business should also have a Facebook Page. You are able to include newsletters, promotions and – with an eSellution package – you can buy Direct from your Facebook page by adding a Facebook Store. Your customers are able to view and purchase your products without having to log out or be redirected to an eBay or ecommerce store. This is done through the added security of PayPal.
12. What if I have more than one shop on eBay?
With eSellution we put all the shops on one easy-to-use and accessible site, allowing you to check on stock levels, the best and least-selling products and even delivery schedules. Dropdown tabs are also created for separate shops.
13. Do you cater for merchant accounts?
eSellution can provide for merchant accounts through Sage Pay and Cardsave.
